If you are a local business here in Pembrokeshire, you have probably noticed the huge increase in runners and cyclists, especially over the weekends! We are currently witnessing a lot of visitors to the county every weekend, training for both the Long Course Weekend and Ironman Wales events. If you would like to make an offer to athletes or supporters we will advertise this free of charge to all athletes.

e.g. If you are a café or Pub on one of the routes, offer a free slice of Cake with a mug of tea if cyclists stop with you.

Hotels offer free accommodation for children or a bottle of wine if you visit and you are training for an event.

10% off evening meals if you are training for Long Course Weekend.

Shopping discounts or attraction discounts for families waiting for their partners to return from their training ride, run or swim.

Basically, anything you like – And be adventurous, we want to show off our welcome as much as we possibly can!

The athletes and supporters are going to be issued with wristbands so they can be identifiable. We will also supply establishments with posters to say that you accept the band.
